Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and sell used DAF trucks to new and existing customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and conquest customers
  • Manage the full sales process, including negotiation, finance options, part-exchange valuations, and deal closure.
  • Maintain knowledge of the used truck market, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the aftersales, finance, and procurement teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in used truck sales or commercial vehicle sales is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long term customer relationships.
  • Target driven and motivated by achieving sales and commission-based rewards.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong business development skills.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
