With a large vehicle fleet based across the UK, with cars, vans, LCV, HGV and trailers, the rental desk can be diverse and fast moving with all aspects of customer service.
As the Rental Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Administrate rental bookings and enquiries.
- Checking out and back in vehicles from rentals, assessing physical condition.
- Greet customers on site and respond to any queries via email and phone.
- Prepare and maintain documentation.
- Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Processing damage claims for vehicles including estimates and recharges.
- Updating and checking logistical planning and fleet management.
- Liaise with a team of drivers for logistical efforts delivering and collecting rental vehicles around the UK.
- Play a vital role as a Coordinator providing excellent customer service.
As a Coordinator you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working in a team environment but also with levels of autonomy and self-sufficiency.
- Must have a good eye for detail and accuracy.
- Great organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Office and Excel.
