Rental Administrator/ Maintenance Administrator

As the Rental Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Administrate rental bookings and enquiries.
  • Checking out and back in vehicles from rentals, assessing physical condition.
  • Greet customers on site and respond to any queries via email and phone.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Processing damage claims for vehicles including estimates and recharges.
  • Updating and checking logistical planning and fleet management.
  • Liaise with a team of drivers for logistical efforts delivering and collecting rental vehicles around the UK.
  • Play a vital role as a Coordinator providing excellent customer service.

As a Coordinator you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment but also with levels of autonomy and self-sufficiency.
  • Must have a good eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Great organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Office and Excel.
