Parts Advisor

We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our very busy parts operation based at our Heathrow Depot. You will receive a very competitive basic salary with achievable bonus structure.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to get first class training and progress within.

What are your daily tasks as a Parts Advisor

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase the invoice value
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and chasing Lost Sales
• Building rapport with our customers
• Identifying and suppling the correct DAF/TRP parts
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate parts supply
• Processing Invoices, handling payments

• A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail
• IT Literate to work within company processes and systems.

Monday to Friday

Min £35,000 Max £38,000

We require 2 parts advisors: 

10am to 7:30pm (1 in 3 Saturday’s)

6am to 4pm (1 in 3 Saturday’s)
