About the role:

  • Manage fleet operations and handle branch administration.
  • Plan and coordinate MOT schedules and maintenance programmes.
  • Answering and managing all incoming calls
  • Recording accurate messages
  • Handle and internal communications and correspondence
  • Follow implemented company policies and procedures

 

About You
 

  • You are highly organized, approachable, and excel in collaborative team settings. With your background in customer service, you'll contribute the essential skills required to ensure operations run efficiently
  • Strong administrative skills and PC literacy.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
  • A driving licence
  • Prior experience in asset rental, distribution, or transport is a bonus, but not essential.

 

Hours:

  • 08:30 – 17:00 unpaid lunch (40hrs)
