You'll use the most advanced workshop systems on trucks with state-of-the-art technology. If you enjoy taking on responsibility, then we'll give you the freedom to perform diagnostics and to decide how to carry out maintenance and repairs on trucks. Areas of responsibility:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of LCV’s to VOSA standard
  • Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
  • Ensure all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that all precautions are taken whilst on the premises
  • Liaise with the parts department to attain correct parts
  • Ensure health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
  • Ensure appropriate clocking's are made, all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
  • Maintain a thorough and current product knowledge and attend training courses

Experience / skills:

  • Technical qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ Qualified Technician) or proven experience repairing and maintaining vehicles
  • Current driving license
