Responsibilities:
· Ensure that vehicles are entered onto the auction system in a timely manner in readiness for cataloguing in line with operational requirements.
· Taking incoming phone calls and dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner.
· Administering DVLA change of owner documents.
· Ensuring company processes are adhered to in relation to vehicle arrivals and collections.
· Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers at the reception counter and making sure their requirements are managed by the appropriate departmental member of staff.
· Effectively safeguard the data handled by CVA, making sure all confidential items are dealt with as per GDPR regulatory guidelines.
· Processing incoming/outgoing mail.
· Assisting the office manager in meeting service level agreements.
· Maintain and update vehicle appraisals, using standardised company procedure.
Ideal Candidate:
· Good IT skills.
· Strong knowledge and past experience of using Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
· Confident and resourceful in the face of challenges
· Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures and instructions
· Outstanding communication and organisational skills
· The ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
· A flexible approach to working hours is required to meet the needs of the business, which are driven by the auctions.
Hours:
· Monday to Friday
· 37.5-hour week
· 9am to 5pm
